You literally have to wait three hours just to get tested. Because they just laughing in the back with their other co workers trying to pass time.
I’ve never had a bad experience at the South Loop location (that’s also the only AHF testing center I’ve been to). The staff always finds a way to function efficiently, even when the center is short staffed. Everyone is always welcoming and kind. I really love that my results always come back within 2-4 days. The clinic is a walk in clinic. The South Loop location is open on Monday’s and Thursdays (I think you can call to figure out the hours).
