Waited a hour to get a test because there is only one person who does the testing and that person was on break. After 1 hour and 20 Minutes later the doctor says “ I didn’t know anyone was waiting.” After asking 3 times where I could get a general std test at the front desk they just said yea after his break you can get the general testing just sit right here. Disorderly. I asked why was there a holdup and was told there was only one nurse handling everything. If that is the case, facility should hire more to keep up with the high foot traffic.

The staff is exceptional. The doctors are welcoming and the pharmacy staff are extremely helpful and kind.

Our previous experiences were good until this time.My husband couldn't attend this appointment but received the consultation report. I called to inquire, and the front desk said it was a telephone consultation. I’m sure it‘s impossible, because my husband can’t speak English so it‘s impossible to consult by phone.
