I think this is a great location and they provide amazing services for the community. Their professionalism and the welcoming staff should be highlighted. I appreciate how helpful the entire staff was, special shout out to Steven who made the check in process as easy as could be. Highly recommend

Very inconsistent clinic - visits were fine for about a year, presently however they use latex gloves and don’t really care if their patients are allergic. Upon pointing out my allergy to my clinician, I was asked if i knew what a latex allergy was. I had blisters where I was touched by this clinician for several weeks after. Upon next visit, I was told there are only latex gloves and they are never provided with an alternative, and my blood was drawn gloveless (clinician did not wash hands). Waited a hour to get a test because there is only one person who does the testing and that person was on break. After 1 hour and 20 Minutes later the doctor says “ I didn’t know anyone was waiting.” After asking 3 times where I could get a general std test at the front desk they just said yea after his break you can get the general testing just sit right here. Disorderly. I asked why was there a holdup and was told there was only one nurse handling everything. If that is the case, facility should hire more to keep up with the high foot traffic.
