Great customer service
My boss and I rented an air compressor for two days, we got called onto a job out in Corpus Christi and had no way to get the compressor back within normal hours. Patrick out of charlotte North Carolina connected us to Cardinal the after hours salesman there in Waco! Cardinal worked with us and was very accommodating and helped us get to where we were going thanks again gentlemen we will be renting from y’all again!

Rented a scissor lift and wouldn't work right. Called and they brought me another one same day. Thanks James for bringing it to the fire department.
Called 5 times,wasted 20 mins, never talked to anyone other than the front desk Ahern will never be an option for me again. CALL CENTERS DO NOT WORK.
