Have never met a more dirty and dusty office. The staff is respectfully arrogant obnoxious. In my opinion, the company's motto is lie and believe it. they can't keep up with the competitor Sunbelt Rentals, I don't recommend this office to anyone, United Rentals may be a good company, but it's not the office of the Yuma branch. I called on 7/11/23 to get a quote on a forklift rental for short and long term rental. I spoke with Coral on the phone. She went above and beyond to help me find the right lift for our company. She was professional and communicated with me. Very happy with our decision to move forward with United Rentals.
