I highly recommend this place for your rental needs. Sam at the front desk was absolutely amazing helping us with the process of renting 2 material lifts. The entire time Sam was knowledgeable and kind. We truly appreciate people that care about their job as we care about ours. Thank you Sam!
Nice enough staff, but incapable of renting a simple skidsteer, auger and trailer and still got charged! 2 phone calls through the call center, two to Zuni, two calls and a personal visit to the Washington store, and somehow together I was told I had to go to two location to pick up these 3 pieces of equipment. Fine, I accepted the clumsiness because everyone was so friendly. Hello writing from venezuela, do you have used total stations for sale?
Pretty ridiculous how they run their company I "reserved" an air compressor about a month or two ago, gave them on my card info etc just for them to call me two days before the day I plan on going to pick it up and tell me that they didn't have any air compressors left which is pretty ridiculous considering the fact that they told me that they were going to reserve it........ On top of that I check my bank account today just to see that they did indeed charge me almost $1,000 for the air compressor that I never even got that... read more
