Dr. Butterfield is an amazing dentist. The staff is lacking in training of the simple task of verifying benefits which cost me over 1400.00. The office manager was of no help but did try to tell me other services that could of been billed. Great customer service.

This place is great, I've been going there since I was a child. They are very friendly and the building is clean.
Totally disappointed. This place has great dentists and hygienists BUT their billing is deceiving. They purport that they accept all insurances so you assume that when they tell you you won't have to pay for basic services that you won't have to pay. Unfortunately... I received a large bill. Come to find out that only Delta is "preferred" and they did not accept my insurance's fee schedule. Even though they informed me that the X-rays, initial appointment, and cleaning were free, the services turned out to cost around $300. ... read more
