I expected an amazing haircut given the high price, but unfortunately the stylist seemed to lack the skills to deliver what I asked for. I showed photos and clearly requested a specific cut with layers, but it wasn’t done as requested. She even said she did the best she could, yet the appointment felt rushed and took much less time than expected. Once again a 10/10 experience with Carmelina. I had a few ideas for a new style and thankfully listened to the voice of experience and just love my New Do Thanks again.. I walked in fed up and a bit over the way my hair looked, and walked out head high and feeling fabulous. Love your work AOTH
