PLEASE READ ALL and thoroughly, this is very important. I have two family members that needed this companies help. There was not just 1 but 2 workers separate times at this company that walked off the job at our home and just left with bad attitude. My advice is PLEASE get security cameras in and outside your property to record the illegal activities that can come when you do business with this company. This is for the future caregivers/ employees post: This agency I would NOT recommend. They charged too much for the services and don’t really care about their caregivers. The caregivers pay for the agency tax (WHAT?) which i believe is unfair. When you call their office, ask how they calculate their caregivers wage and see if you still think their agency is fair.
