This is for the future caregivers/ employees post: This agency I would NOT recommend. They charged too much for the services and don’t really care about their caregivers. The caregivers pay for the agency tax (WHAT?) which i believe is unfair. When you call their office, ask how they calculate their caregivers wage and see if you still think their agency is fair.
I like this Agency. Paul was excellent communicating us with the care-givers they instantly provided to us, and that are very knowledgeable about their job. They are always on time with a smile on their face.
