They are supposed to close at 4:30pm but at 4:10 they are closed not good for working people trying to make appointments after work.They may have closed at 4:00pm

Do not visit this practice!!! I was a patient there for 16 years. I saw a provider who was not my regular one. My appointment was an annual visit. They still billed me for an office visit because "the provider spent additional time" with me. I was never informed that I was only allowed a certain amount of time with the provider, or that I would be billed an extra amount. None of my other doctors do such a thing. If they are going to do this, a patient should be informed. From now on, I will be visiting a different practice.
