This so called company is a complete joke! As soon as I could, I transferred my grandmother's care to a different company. Their management is rude and don't care about the workers. They are in the "business" for the money and not the people. They pay their workers what they want (not what they are authorized to pay!) whenever they want... I have been working for this company for about six months, and I will say that this by far has been the best company I have worked with. They are professional, courteous and very knowledgeable in the field. Very respectful and caring when it comes to anyone they are involved with. Definitely will recommend to anyone looking for great care!
Great part time place to work! Worked here for 6 years.
Is it possible to give no stars? Unprofessional, unreliable. Bouncing staff checks. No communication with families for the lack of staffing. Uneducated office team. Asking staff to falsify and back date documentation.
By far the best staff I have ever worked with. The CEO is amazing and definitely cares about each and every client like it’s her own. I would refer any and everyone to this agency.
