I wouldn't send my deceased dog here.
How disappointing! I was on the chat and from there guided to call the facility this morning after saying I’ve left two messages and never had a return call. The young lady that finally answered Letesa who identified herself as management was less than friendly. It’s so sad that that’s the first impression that your facility gives. I desperately need to move my brother from an AHC facility in Savannah to the Memphis area to be closer so that we can give and get him better care. African American employees are rude and lazy. Buzzers go off and they take their time about turning it off rude to roommate. Promise of PT is non to barely and talking about their personal problems instead of working. Staff come in room and don't speak to guest. Patient in pain for long time before getting anything for pain.
