Liars! I would never buy an appliance from this company. They are efficient and helpful when you order the product. But if anything goes wrong or you receive a damaged appliance(like I did)-Good Luck. They will give you promises and excuses, but never the truth. I tried for 60 days, repeatedly calling and emailing them, and never got any action. Thank goodness I purchased the appliances with a credit card because I was able to do a chargeback(which was quickly decided in my favor). The only time AHC acted quickly was when th... read more
unhappy customer They will be great in making a sale but forget about any service if you have a problem. Put on your sneakers and be prepared for a run a round. Shop some place else and spare yourself aggravation. I spent over $25000 and had a problem with one item which it took them 3 weeks to correct.
Liars! Would never buy anything from them. They do not know the difference between a lie and the truth. Dealt with Yitzy and he lies from word to word. When I complained the owner Jay was downright rude. Stay far away from them.

When I had a service problem with one of my items they had it repaired for me overnigght. I know "caitlin" and know how she operates with other companies and wouldnt trust her with any ratings.
