My wife had pre-paid $1000 for a package pre covid, and then we hit shutdown, business were closed for a while, I had asked my wife to call them and get a refund, but she said that the business is closed, they are losing money and that she can use the pre-paid package after they open. Now that they are open, they refuse to accept the package and won't even give a refund. Very unethical people own this business, and I would stay away from them.
