Always polite, helpful and make sure I understand what is going on
Drove half an hour with my sick child, arrived a little after 4, and was told by a rude nurse that the doctors leave by 5 so we wouldn’t be seen. If that’s the case, your website should say you close at 4. Now my child has to wait until Sunday because you can’t keep your hours updated. Completely unprofessional and a total waste of time.
Ahava Medical and Rehabilitation Center is a Godsend in the Catskill Mountains town of Liberty, NY. The staff is fabulously skilled, accommodating, compassionate, multilingual and empathetic to all patients’ cultural, religious, and economic situations. Dr. Opio is charming and thorough and insightful.
