Went for a cleanup and threading session after work and appreciated how hygienic everything looked. The tools were sanitized right in front of me, which instantly made me feel more comfortable. The threading hurt a little more than usual around one eyebrow, but the staff noticed my reaction and slowed down immediately. Little things like that matter honestly.
