Absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful experience with AHAUS Tool & Engineering. They initially confirmed a load with us and even called our driver directly to proceed. The driver started heading toward the pickup, but at the last moment, they suddenly pulled us off the load without any valid explanation. To make matters worse, they are now refusing to pay TONU, despite the driver having already traveled a significant distance.
