Very helpful amazing therapist. She helped me overcome my past trauma with my narcissistic family member. 10/10. Highly recommended
Would not recommend Kris. She does over the phone counseling does not take notes and does household chores in the background. Very dysregulated
I was having a hard time with my mother's death. Kris is knowledgeable and pragmatic. I felt better after twenty minutes. I highly recommend her. She's a problem solver.
Throughout my life I have been in and out of counselors and therapist offices only working on surface issues. Never really getting to the root of my issues. In the time I've been a client of Kris's I have been able to get to the core of the issues my toxic parents so lovingly bestowed upon me (read the heavy sarcasm).
