I was having a hard time with my mother's death. Kris is knowledgeable and pragmatic. I felt better after twenty minutes. I highly recommend her. She's a problem solver.
Throughout my life I have been in and out of counselors and therapist offices only working on surface issues. Never really getting to the root of my issues. In the time I've been a client of Kris's I have been able to get to the core of the issues my toxic parents so lovingly bestowed upon me (read the heavy sarcasm). The time I've spent on her couch and now my own (thanks corona) has allowed me to spend the last few years correcting the damage left from my childhood to the point that I am very close to the maintenence phase... read more

I've been seeing Kris for a few months now, and after years of looking for a counselor and years of one time sessions that ended in a 'umm... no thanks' I'm ever greatful to have found her. I feel comfortable talking with her about any and all subjects and know her advice comes from a knowledgeable and honest place. I'd be in a completely different place if I had not started to see her!
