Was travelling to Fort Myers for the holidays and wanted to keep up with my infrared sauna schedule. Found online that AHA A Holistic Approach Center had an infrared sauna and it was so easy and convenient to schedule multiple appointments before I arrived. Lynn and Cindy went above and beyond customer care to accommodate my schedule. Place has a great atmosphere and is very warm and inviting! Highly recommended and will use again on next visit!
We recently made an appointment to try the infrared sauna. We are so glad that we did because it was so relaxing and really helped with our aching joints! They have a great special for couples which we highly recommend. The staff is incredibly friendly and very accommodating. We really felt at home and enjoyed our visit.
Joey is truly a master at his craft. After years of failed treatments with chiropractics, injections, and pain medication, I experienced tremendous, lasting improvements in my chronic pain issues after just a handful of treatments with Joey. I trust him implicitly with all of my emotional and physical wellbeing needs
Absolutely love this hidden gem! Clean, relaxing, and gorgeous building. Recently went for the infrared sauna and I’m addicted! Excited to try yoga and massage. Thanks Renee for being so sweet and informative!!!
