Trina Dorsey with AHT Insurance in Leesburg treats my wife and me as if we were million-dollar accounts. (We're not.) We have asked her insurance questions that are beyond our experience until now, having to do with our condo's rental, our self-storage, and even our long-term Airbnb stay. She answers all of our questions promptly and thoroughly, and she follows through with the appropriate paperwork. I've never had an insurance agent as good as she is. We've very grateful for her.

I have worked with AHT on and off for nearly 20 years and over the last several years have experienced a consistent deterioration in their responsiveness, the accuracy of their work, and their overall account management. They have failed to respond to e-mails, have repeatedly requested information even after it had been provided, and when we tried to escalate our concerns we were passed off to no less than 3 different people.
