Ordered flowers, online, for my cousin's funeral at noon on Friday. Service was scheduled for 10 AM on Saturday. Although I received an email confirmation within 10 minutes of my online order, the flowers were never delivered! Instead, AFTER the funeral, I received another email stating "your order has been canceled; the shop is now closed. " No apology, no explanation. If more than 24 hours notice is needed to fill an order, that should be stated on their website! Very poor excuse for a business!
