We love this property and this is the second year our family of 15 have stayed. The house is perfect in size, the location is amazing, the pool and hot tub are great and the beach is so close. AH Luxury Properties was amazing. I have never had a property manager visit the property the first day to answer questions and make sure everything was OK. Hope to be back soon.
We booked 1 Egret for our Spring Break 2024, and it was great. Prime location, a quick walk to either the beach, Coligny, shops and restaurants. The home is charming, with large social areas, perfect for the parents/grandparents and kids and friends to find their own spot. Plenty of space, and thoughtful amenities including the dual drip/keurig, (I did have to google the instructions ), beach towels, beach gear, and the heated pool option, which came in handy one cooler breezy day. Thank you for sharing 1 Egret with us!
Beautifully appointed, immaculate home. They have thought of everything from beach towels to beach chairs. The pool and hot tub are great. Even the landscaping is gorgeous and it’s a very short 2 minute walk to the beach! We enjoyed every minute there with our family and already looking forward to this summers visit.
While staying here I was absolutely amazing. The location of this house is right next to the beach and a short walk or bike to the Coligney Shops. During our stay the owners were well prepared for our arrival with beach chairs, toys, and complimentary hygiene products in all of the bathrooms. The house was clean and is absolutely gorgeous. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking for a new family vacation home on Hilton Head Island.
AH Luxury Properties was first class!!! The beach home was so well decorated, clean, and amazing location. It is less than 1 minute walk to the beach and the bike paths!!! There was plenty of room and space for our large group. We greatly enjoyed the home, huge screened in porch and the pool!!! We will absolutely be rebooking!!!
