Purchased a new home and realised the solar was not working and also required new air conditioning. Called and was followed up promptly. Solar was looked at within a week. Problem diagnosed and replacement parts bought and installed the minute the part came in. Air con was also reviewed by owners son Matt who ordered the units and were all installed the minute they came in with no issues. Customer service was very poor. We have been trying to resolve a solar/battery issue with AH Electrical for 12 months. Because the owner would not return my calls, messages or emails we have voided any warranty claims. Their after care service was non existent and their care factor was zero. The electrician the owner sent was fantastic at trying to assist with our issue but the owner kept stalling so our problem was dealt with by another contractor who sorted this in no time at all. AVOID THIS BUSINESS!
