I do not recommend this company for cleaning your dryer vent. They overcharge you for the service. I had this company clean my dryer vent, took them 45 minutes, charge $300 and when I contacted them again because the guard still had lint outside they told me to either use a water hose to clean it myself or contact my maintenance guy. They did not consider my complaint valid or wanted to take the time to come out and fix this problem. This company does not consider small problems to be worth their consideration.
