Dr. Kwadwo Agyel-Gyamfi, MD and staff were outstanding for my in-the-office visit with the provision of superb customer services skills. They exemplified extra efforts in making me feel as comfortable as possible. Doctor was very patient listened to my concerns about my daughter gave through exam along with other testing and problem was identified and treatment program started it is so amazing to finally see her pain free and smiling more he is really a great gastroenterologist wait time is a little long at times but that’s because he is not rushed when he is with the patient giving them his undivided attention and answering all your questions.

Dr. "Gem fee" is excellent. He methodically tested me and diagnosed my problem, then effectively and effortlessly treated me. No other doctor would take my concerns seriously. Prior to meeting him I was concerned about the office signs that indicated money was his only concern. However, after meeting with him, his knowledge and serious Christian values were reflected in his demeanor. I, whole heatedly recommend him.

Dr. Agyei-Gyamfi is wonderful!! Forget the staff. A lot to be desired. If you want the I don't care attitude then that is the staff you want. The only nice person there is Phyllis. The rest of them could care less how many times you have to call or bother them. I have been waiting for a signature for going on three weeks and the only answer I ever get is It's in your folder. No reason why or nothing else. You can't go and ask the doctor why he hasn't signed it???
