Persistently asked multiple times for videos and pictures of a 2017 regular cab cummins they had. They Kept telling me the truck was at the mechanic getting brakes done. Stated they would send videos and pictures as soon as it got back to the lot. Never bothered to send those pictures or videos. Truck ended up selling. Poor customer service. Poor dealership practices.
