I needed shear pins for my snowblower. I live in Cortland and the only place that had them was Lowes. I went, and it turns out they didn't actually have any. I drove to Ace in hopes their website was correct and they were still in stock. Not only were they in stock but a very helpful clerk showed me the regular shear pins, and directed me to the ones for a snowblower. I was also able to grab 2 new covered litter boxes for my cats without having to go to another store.
