The customer enrolled with one of our telemarketers on April 13, 2013. They were provided an intro rate of $0.049 for the first month, then renewed onto our variable rate. Customer has never called Agway with any questions. ****** and ******** (utility company) reported that the customer used 10 Kwh from 12/14/21 to 2/14/22. Agway’s charges for that period are $1.12.
