The staff is horrific The office removed my records and appointment out of the system Dr. Busta diagnosed my thyroid a levels incorrectly and provided the wrong medication
The office is beautiful and Dr. Busta is amazing! However the front desk staff can be really rude! I witnessed it with other patients during my very first appointment back in June. And again today when I came in this encounter was directly with me. Not only that but during my first appointment I was asked to get there a little earlier since I was a new patient. I got there about 40 mins earlier. Still ended up waiting an additional 35 minutes past my appointment time to see the doctor. And God forbid you go to the front desk... read more
