The office is beautiful and Dr. Busta is amazing! However the front desk staff can be really rude! I witnessed it with other patients during my very first appointment back in June. And again today when I came in this encounter was directly with me. Not only that but during my first appointment I was asked to get there a little earlier since I was a new patient. I got there about 40 mins earlier. Still ended up waiting an additional 35 minutes past my appointment time to see the doctor. And God forbid you go to the front desk... read more
A very good experience with Dr Busta. He read my chart before seeing me and called me with test results. I would recommend him.
This happened a few months ago but I wanted to write this to let others know how bad he treats patients. Terrible experience with this doctor. As other reviews have said he talks over you and he actually forgot about me. We actually called office to ask them if we should come in for an appointment without the records he needed, . We specifically asked them to ask the doctor if it’s okay and he says it’s fine. Then when we go to the appointment he’s like “ why are you here today? Without the test results?”. He is a good doctor. Knowledgeable and has the best interest of patients in his mind. He is strict though.
