I loved working with Mr. Aguilar I had a few policies with him and every time I have any questions or want to make any changes it has always been a really smooth process, and he has gone the extra mile to make sure I have the coverages that I'd like and make sure I'm not paying extra for anything I don't need. Awesome agent to work with!
Mr.Agustín is the worst agent I have had he is un organized and unprofessional. Mr Agustin sent me an email that my account was going to be canceled to due non Pat I informed me Agustin that this was the case by replying to the email he sent me I never got a reply to that email so I emailed his again and still nothing I then called mr agustins agency and we tried to reinstate it I payed 279 dollars and was not able to get it reinstate mr Agustin the proceeds to give me a “refund” of 73 dollars which I never received I then m... read more
I’ve been emailing Mr. Aguilar regarding the ending of my policy and he’s failed to get back to me after almost a month. I’ve emailed him multiple times and have given him time to reply but still no response. Very unprofessional.
