Parts and sales are great need to work on service
I have had my lawn mower in for service numerous times. No communication. Have to keep calling to see if it is ready. Majority of time no one answers the phone. Leave message no return call
I bought a brand new zero turn lawn mower from them a year ago and it has been in the shop more than it’s been at my house. The deck belt keeps breaking I’ve had to bring it up there 4 times for the same issue and it’s no closer to being fixed than it was the first time I brought it up there. Was told they were going to order a new deck to put on but ended up sending to another location to have them try to fix it without letting me know. Brought it back and the belt broke again.
