Poor customer service and overcharged for belt replacements. Previous visits were good. Won't be coming back
Came here to drop off a tractor for them they dismantled my load locks Managament came and the manager told me to get out of the facility he said don’t come back to drop off anything what a rude manager they have here I will never get or anything to AGUP in pearl ms
Really nice people. Very professional and knowledgeable. I had a great experience with the parts department and the service department. Will go out of the way to help you. Will definitely buy parts from them again and recommend them to anyone.
Went here first time today after acquiring a riding lawn mower. The service department helped me greatly by doing a favor getting a rim on a tire. I also got everything needed to service and get my mower ready and had a great experience with the sales team. Overall couldn't be happier. The help from the service department made my day, maybe even my week.
BEST SERVICE!!!! Brought in my riding mower and they fixed it right away! Had some issues when I brought it home. Called them back on a Sunday (closed) I hung up. Received a call back asking if they could help me on there day off. They came out to my home on Monday and fixed the issue. What a GREAT place!!! They really care.
