Terrible customer service, I called to inquire about some work that they did on a property and they said they could not find the work deed that they did for the home. So disappointed in their record keeping skills.
Listen to the reviews about them not responding. They went last week to my house did whatever they had to to fix the problem. The lady said I had 30 day guarantee. I’ve been trying to get a hold of them since yesterday, they don’t pick up the phone. Send me a text this morning I respond, no response back so I call they don’t pick up.
Did great work for me and responded quickly.
They did best service and they charge reasonable price.
The absolute worst plumbing business! Called and no one answered. They then sent me a text message. The lady said they would be out Thursday. Thursday came and I texted them to ask if they were still coming to work on my kitchen sink. She texted back and said I was definitely on the list for that day. It’s now Monday and I’ve yet to see any plumber at my door, never got a call or text from them again. They don’t answer and when they do, it’s all lies. The worst costumer service.
