Bathroom renovation…Aguirres installed a glass door shower and base… Had to have them come back because the shower was leaking against the tile wall and drain. A month later there was another leak.. I texted Edgar..he ghosted me and never replied! 6 months after that the door was not installed correctly so the door was rubbing against the base and getting stuck..also ripped the sweep on the bottom of the door. Unfortunately, a bad experience! They installed a glass shower, it was leaking and Edgar came back to fix. Then the glass door sweep ripped, Edgar ignored my husband's text (we know he read it). Finally, the door was not aligned properly, it was rubbing and getting stuck on the base when the door was opened or closed. Edgar ignored my husband's text again (which we know he read again). We had to contact Mahopac Glass to fix it and pay $500!!!! It's only been a year since it was first installed and clearly it was a sloppy job... read more
Edgar and his family are simply the best contractors I’ve ever had do work on my house! They are on time, stay on the job till it’s done and do FANTASTIC WORK! Edgar has a great eye for details and goes above and beyond to make sure the job is perfect! Aguirres renovated 2 bathrooms for me and we could not be happier with everything! Thank you Edgar!
