The scammiest company ever. EVERY TIME we have to go to the ER, I dread dealing with these balance-billing scammers. They always bill us instead of our insurance, claim our insurance doesn't cover services without actually even billing the insurance. A totally illegal practice in California due to the "no surprises" legislation.
