I wish I would have looked at the reviews for this Dr before I chose her for my primary care with my insurance. I called and got a voicemail to call back instead of being put on hold. I called back again and they are not professional when answering the phone. The appointments for a new patient is 2 months out. Not good, will look for a different doctor.
She's very caring doctor, she does book a lot of patients, but she knows what she's doing & made a major difference in my health.
If I could give negative stars that is what I would do. Trying to make an appt for my Uncle with a rude abrupt impatient person was impossible. They seriously need to take customer service classes, or at the very least learn some manners! Very Unprofessional front desk!
