Terrible experience. I had a 4:00 PM appointment for my child and me, but the barber was busy playing a video game. I walked over to let him know we had arrived, and he said he would be right with us. I waited another 10 minutes before leaving. Highly unprofessional.
They say they were closed at 8 pm when the signs says 10 pm
