I would give a -⭐ if possible. These people are beyond rude and give out false information. First they have a VERY unprofessional answering system. And then the lady told me I had to pay the office visit out of pocket until my deductible had been met, in which I called my insurance agency and was told that was inaccurate! That the deductible and co-pay have nothing to do with the visit.
