Aguia was the most communicative contractor I have ever worked with. He gave frequent updates, took photos along the way, asked clarifying questions, and was completely transparent with his quotes. Meaning what he quoted is exactly what we paid, there no surprises. He was also prompt for every appointment, which anyone who has hired contractors knows is genuinely rare. Aguia did an excellent job in the bathroom remodel and I was so impressed that I also asked him to rebuild the basement stairs.
