Dr. McCracken seemed to distance herself from her cultural roots, projecting a sense of superiority that appeared tied to her marriage to a Caucasian man. In our interaction, she demonstrated a striking lack of empathy—particularly when I shared my hopes of having children. She dismissed the possibility entirely, with no regard for the emotional weight of such a statement. Her words left my husband heartbroken, and we made the decision not to return.
One of the best doctors I've ever had. She doesn't just bandaid a solution. She really thinks about what the ovrearcing problem is. If she doesn't have an answer, she won't lie to you. She is compassionate and actually listens. Such a great doctor.
