Terrible – No only is Aguayo & Huebener not helpful, they will cheat you. They will tell you one price, but raise it just before signing. BEWARE!! They will waste your time.
Waste of Time – If you're looking for an apartment, don't bother - between phone calls and emails, no one gets back to you. You can even get a personal email from one of the owners telling you she'd love to help you find your first home . . .and then no call. I had called regarding specific properties - even told the receptionist that no one ever gets back to me - her answer "oh my". There are plenty of other brokers in Park Slope to go to . . .whether you're buying or selling, avoid Aguayo & Huebener.
