Today was my first visit with Dr. Alma L. Aguado, MD, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst healthcare experiences I’ve ever had. I chose this office because of my insurance. My appointment was scheduled for 10:00 AM, and I arrived early at 9:45 AM to fill out paperwork. I came to get a referral and they sent me to a specialist that doesn’t even accept my insurance. The day of my appointment I waited 5 hours
Been here since 9:50. My husband and I have been here for 2 hours already and has yet to be seen. Would not recommend.
My boyfriend had a 2:30 appointment they didn’t put them into the room until 430. It’s 530 now and the doctor hasn’t even seen him yet. Why make appointments if they’re not gonna stay with them I don’t think he doesn’t wants to go back there again. It was his first time and last time there
Buen trato por parte del personal pero las esperas son de 5 y 6 horas aún teniendo cita , mi madre fue por un analice de sangre qué debía ser en ayuna y tuvo que esperar casi 2 horas a que la atendieran son extremadamente lentos para trabajar
