It's June 4 - so officially summer season in the desert. Giovanni was very welcoming and answered all my questions upon checkin. The locker room attendant found me perfectly-sized slippers and a robe that actually fits me (I'm currently size 18W). My wife loved her massage here. Facilities are super nice.
I booked an online reservation and realized afterward that I used the wrong credit card, so I made a second reservation with the correct card and called to cancel the first one. Kaylin answered, and I explained multiple times that I had an existing reservation with a confirmation number that needed to be canceled. She insisted there was “no reservation” under my name or phone number and claimed I had only created a profile. I'm giving one star for the spa attendant and one for the masseuse who were both wonderful otherwise it was a extremely disappointing experience.. we had planned on getting our services and then spending the rest of the day floating in the pool and having drinks. I paid full price for my massage and my friend had a discounted Groupon. My friend was told that she had access to the pool while since I paid full price I did not, I could spend another $60 on a resort pass or pay for the Groupon.
