I'm very happy with my pool however I had an underground leak in a return pipe and I only have the pool a little over 2 years old. When I contacted my Agua salesman they refused to fix it saying it was only a 1 year warranty. Just know what you're guaranteed and what they will cover. I'm now out $1200 to fix a leak from a pipe that was only 2 years old. That should not happen on a new construction pool. Update. Agua Pools was a pleasure to work with all along the process. Bub the project manage was friendly and on top of everything. I have heard a few disaster stories regarding other pool companies, but Agua Pools was worth every cent. They did a great job keeping us up to date on the progress and finished on time as predicted. The pool actually exceeded our expectations and have only good things to say. Thank you, they even installed a Badu Jet swim system successfully so we can swim in the pool. Top notch company!
