Worse experience possible. Sales guy was just there to get a commission. Marsite felt rougher than a sidewalk. Leaked. Never finished their punch list. Sales guy told me things were included that project manger insisted were not. All parties had very little knowledge of the products they were installing. Awful. Through and through.
Building a pool is no easy task especially in Florida. But with Agua Pools and Ryan Laganke’s help we finally got our dream pool and are so excited. Thank you so much Ryan, process couldn’t have been more pain free! Highly recommend!!
Have worked with them multiple times with respect to my warranty and they are consistently one of the best customer-first organizations I have ever worked with as a customer, or business person. Agua Pools Saint Johns built a stunning beautiful pool for us in Saint Augustine. They were professional, respectful and produced the highest quality product at every step of the process.
