I had been using them for a while, but recently they've had other people service the pools (not the original owners) as they've grown. That's not a problem, but service has been horrible. Multiple times they said my pool and hot tub were clean, charging me for service, but they didn't actually do anything (see attached photos). I sent in pictures of the dirty pool they said they cleaned, and asked them to come back out to fix it. They didn't even offer me a discount on their services even after all that.
