These guys did a really nice job of installing our Roca smart toilet. They were recommended to me by my electrician and the two worked together on the installation. They ordered the Roca for me right away and then liased with the sparky to schedule a day for the installation which was just a week later. A very tidy job and the guys were friendly and efficient. Would recommend.

My Nan used these guys a year ago and has only just told me about the hassle she has had with them. Was quoted $1800 they came out and fixed it and she had to call them to come back out and fix it twice after they had left something leaking inside the wall, then charged her for coming out to fix their mistakes. Went from $1800 to over $3000 with no explanation with why the price had changed so drastically. Not impressed with the lack of communication and poor workman ship

We had Kiel out to visit today after constant issues with block storm water drains due to a neighbours trees (roots and fruit). Kiel was on time, extremely efficient and had some amazing technology including a great new camera system that was able to locate exactly where the blockage is and how to remove it. 5 Stars on all fronts.
