I have received a machine from AGS and the machine has no problems, it is legal, no strange things, but AGS keeps the machine because I have to pay more money. The law says that after three days if you do not collect the mail, you have to pay AGs. They force me to pay more for every day they keep the machine. Is that right? It is discrimination. Upon entering the premises, I was immediately shouted at by staff and aggressively ordered to wear a safety vest — with the threat that I would be kicked out if I didn’t comply.
