I am so disgusted, I don't even have words for it. They don't answer the phone and when they do, there is a nasty attitude, as though a customer is not supposed to call about his or her merchandise. They literally lost the item that was sent to them to be embroidered and showed no sort of sympathy or concern about the situation. Their customer service is absolutely deplorable. I have used his services for the past 4 years for family reunion. We are very pleased with the quality of work and his ability to fill our quanity of shirts and from the same company.
