They were sent out by condo board to investigate a clogged line to my unit in the unit downstairs. Plumber shows up without calling. Never took any tools out. Spent no more than ten minutes. Said he would be back to investigate the clog downstairs and never returned and won’t return messages. They sent a bill for $350 that literally says they did nothing. A total scam outfit. Stay away.

Mike and Tony were efficient, kind and respectful to my property while changing out a hot water heater. They arrived on time and had all necessary supplies to complete the job in 1 hour. I would absolutely recommend this company to friends and neighbors.
