ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. if I could give them 0 stars I would. Lazy ass people who don’t want to do their job, and horrible customer service skills. So disrespectful, won’t show up for the job, will ignore your calls. Seriously don’t know how they’re still in business. SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY.

They were sent out by condo board to investigate a clogged line to my unit in the unit downstairs. Plumber shows up without calling. Never took any tools out. Spent no more than ten minutes. Said he would be back to investigate the clog downstairs and never returned and won’t return messages. They sent a bill for $350 that literally says they did nothing. A total scam outfit. Stay away.

I can’t recommend Tony enough! My HOA manager referred him to me to fix a leaking pipe, and he exceeded all expectations. Tony responded immediately and quickly stopped and repaired the issue with incredible efficiency. Mike and Tony were efficient, kind and respectful to my property while changing out a hot water heater. They arrived on time and had all necessary supplies to complete the job in 1 hour. I would absolutely recommend this company to friends and neighbors.
