Ordered Samsung TV with shipping through AGS and was told item should arrive at stated time. Now told by AGS that item is scheduled to be delivered over a week later. This is my second problem in last few months as they lost an item approximately 3 months. Was also told that they had tried to reach me but my cell showed no missed calls. Just bad and dishonest service provider.
Great installers! I did a complete kitchen remodel and they installed my dishwasher, stove, kitchen sink and faucet, and my oven. They were neat and professional and cleaned up after themselves.
I completely agree with the other comments on here, i have first hand knowledge of them, and i agree completely, that Danielle smith was, and is the biggest idiot on the face of the planet. The woman doesnt know a booger on her nose from a screwdriver, the service is horrible, try to get her on the phone???? Its like a Efren circus, they get there jobs from home depot, and of course have their techs do all the work, and take the brunt of their screw-ups. charged my client an astronomical price for a simple job on top of that took over 2 months with them coming out for an hour or so a day...rehab job done now except for them getting done an inspected an still not finished called them yesterday to come out an fix all an inspector said had to be done all they did was take pics an tell me they will get back to me later......their service is horrible their techs don't know state codes an all through job tried to add more to bill when they cant even finish job they were contracted... read more
